Veteran-Owned · Honoring Those Who Serve · Central Virginia
You served your community. Now your community gives back. Central VA Heroes is a local real estate rewards program built for the people who make Central Virginia work — veterans, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers. When you buy or sell a home with me, you save at closing and a portion of my commission goes to a local charity in your honor.

At closing, 5% of my commission is donated to a local charity aligned with your hero class. You choose the cause. The money stays in Central Virginia.
Community Impact
National programs collect fees and send dollars out of state. This program doesn't work that way. Every donation goes to a local charity doing real work in the communities where you live, work, and raise your family.
Hero Client Enrollment
I'm a Navy veteran — six years active, two more in the Army National Guard, with deployments to Kuwait Liberation, Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Operation Restore Hope. I built Central VA Heroes because I believe the people who serve deserve more than a handshake at closing. Fill out the form and I'll reach out within one business day. No obligation. No pressure.

For Licensed Agents
Whether you're sending a client our way or looking to be part of the program yourself, there's a place for you here.
If you have a veteran, first responder, teacher, or healthcare worker relocating to Central Virginia — or a local hero client you can't serve yourself — refer them to Michael Cooper and earn a referral fee at closing. No program fees. No ongoing commitment. Just a straightforward broker-to-broker agreement.
Submit the form below with your client's details. Takes two minutes.
Full-service representation from contract to close. No further obligation on your end.
Referral fee paid broker-to-broker within 5 business days of closing. Written agreement in place before anything moves.
Michael will reach out within one business day to discuss the referral and get a written agreement in place.
Central VA Heroes is expanding its agent network. Once our nonprofit is established, licensed agents throughout Central Virginia will be able to participate in the program directly — offering hero clients the same closing benefits and charitable giving under your own business, with the backing of the Central VA Heroes brand and infrastructure.
No program fee. No mandatory commission cuts. You keep working your business the way you already do — we give you a structured, mission-driven way to serve the heroes in your pipeline and give back to the communities where you work.
Leave your info and we'll reach out when the program opens to new agents.
